Gabriel Fernandez, Esq., is a Florida attorney practicing in Estate and Guardianship field of the law. He graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science, and attended St. Thomas University School of Law where he obtained his law degree.
His experience includes clerkships with Chief Judge, The Honorable Maria Korvick of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit, Probate and Guardianship Division, and served as Elder Law President and Liaison with The Florida Bar while at St. Thomas University School of Law.
Fernandez gained valuable experience at the Eleventh Judicial Circuit, Probate, and Guardianship Division as Case Manager for the Honorable Judge Maria Espinosa Dennis. As Case Manager, Mr. Fernandez focused on the intricacies involved with the estate process and how to avoid the various pitfalls encountered in Estate Planning, Probate, and Guardianship.
In July of 2017, Mr. Fernandez went into private practice, and currently runs the Estate and Guardianship Division at The Hachar Entertainment Group, applying his experience in representing clients in matters involving all aspects of Estates and Guardianship. His commitment to his clients is the driving force behind his representation to all matters in the field of estates and guardianships.
