Serious Results

My strategy in family law and civil litigation is always what is in the best interest of the children first and the client second. Practicing family law and civil litigation for a decade has given us the ability to understand and determine the needs of our various clients as individuals, on a case-by-case basis.  When I strategize for any case, at any juncture in the case, I am considering all moving parts. I am considering the financial pros and cons, the emotional and mental aspects potential litigation or non-litigation may have on all parties and/or the children. I am considering the personalities of the Judge, the Guardian Ad Litem, the Mediators, the clients and even opposing counsel. I am strategic in every move we make on a case from beginning to end. I tell my clients that I am representing them on paper as Megan the Lawyer, but I am representing them in real life as Megan the Lawyer, the Mother, the business owner, the therapist, and the financial adviser. Being a good family law lawyer requires all hats to be on at all times when I strategize for cases.

We not only work to achieve the best possible results for all of our clients, but we ensure that they feel supported during the process. I pride myself on active communication with clients as well as an atmosphere that can make anyone feel welcomed, understood, and heard.  Our dedicated staff ensures clients are well taken care of and their inquiries are responded to in a timely fashion.  Our reputation for excellence is recognized by our clients and peers. We are committed to excellence in every aspect of the practice of law.
