Biography
Andrea M. Otero, Esq., is an associate attorney at The Hachar Law Group in the entertainment law division. Andrea began her legal education at St. Thomas University, where she served as President of the Intellectual Property and Cyber Law Society and as a Founding Member/Executive Secretary of the Fashion Law Society. During her legal education, she was also published in the STU Journal of Complex Litigation for her work on trademark infringement and its potential implications in social media law.
Before beginning her legal studies, Andrea received a bachelor’s degree in music business at Belmont University in Nashville, TN. She gained experience in the music industry working with GrammyU and volunteering at industry events, while simultaneously running a marketing agency where she gained invaluable insight on marketing and influencer contracts. She now applies her knowledge and skills at the Hachar Law Group on the entertainment law team.
